摘要
本法是在氨性条件下 ,用碘作氧化剂 ,直接加入丁二酮肟与镍显色 ,然后用分光光度计进行测定。本方法原理和所需仪器简单 ,干扰少 ,用本法对氢氧化钾中镍含量进行测定操作简便 ,不需萃取 ,Ni含量在 0 -90ppm范围有良好的线性关系 ,特别适合设备配置一般的电池厂采用。
In the basic solution of ammonia,Ni was chromogenerated directly with dimethylglyoxime by oxidation of iodine.It could be use to determine the contents of nickel by means of spectrophotometry.The method was simple,without extraction and no interference from the presence of common ingredients.The method was applied to determine the nickel content in potassium hydroxide.The result showed good sensitivity in the range of 0~99 ppm of Ni ion content and it was suitable to be used in small battery factories.
