精彩纷呈的"多重性"的表现,乃是2013年俄罗斯内政、社会、经济与外交各个领域的难得业绩记录。尽管面临诸多尖锐挑战,普京仍执著引领俄罗斯政治走向开放,与前一阶段"有弹性的威权政治阶段"相比,政治格局显然已经进入了一个新阶段。俄罗斯社会在大力反腐的同时,坚决应对恐怖主义威胁,力保社会的稳定。与经济相对低迷的情势成鲜明对照,俄外交表现出强劲的活力与光彩。俄罗斯全力推动的欧亚经济联盟,与中方提出的"丝绸之路经济带"新概念,成为今后的中俄关系长远部署中有待互相深化理解、共同努力营建的合作新空间。
The splendid ＂multiplicity＂ could be found in rare recorcts or Russia in various fields including its domestic affairs, social, economic and diplomatic aspects in 2013. Despite many severe challenges, Putin still persisted in leading Russian politics towards openness. Russian politics, obviously, has entered a new stage, compared with the previous stage of ＂flexible authoritarianism＂. Besides, Russian society firmly responded to threats of terrorism in order to maintain its stability while fighting resolutely against corruption. In addition, in sharp contrast with relatively sluggish economic situation, Russian diplomacy showed strong vitality and luster. The Eurasian Economic Union, greatly promoted by Russia, and the new concept of ＂SilkRoad Economic Zone＂ proposed by China, will provide new cooperation space to be further understood and co-constructed for long-term development of Sino-Russian relations in the future.
