摘要
利用机械混合法将CuCl直接负载于分子筛13X、NaY和NH4X表面上制备高效CO吸附剂。实验结果表明,样品在320℃真空活化后,13X和NaY载体制备的吸附剂表现出较好的CO吸附性,CuCl的最佳分散质量分数分别为0.40g CuCl/g 13X及0.45g CuCl/g NaY,CO吸附量分别高达76mL/g及84mL/g,脱附质量分数分别为40%和60%,且CO/CO2分离比分别可达1.4和1.9。XRD表明,吸附剂经真空活化后CuCl晶相消失,表明CuCl在载体表面均匀分散,并且可能部分阳离子发生交换,进而提高了CO的吸附量。
It is found that zeolite can be carried by CuC1 to prepare CO adsorbents. When zeolites, such as 13X, NaY, and NH4 X, are mixed with CuCI and heated, high CO adsorption selectivity and capacity can be obtained. As a result, the adsorbents 0. 4 g CuC1/g13X and 0.45 g CuC1/gY have higher CO adsorption, which is 76 mL/g carrier and 84 mL/g carrier. The selectivity of CO/CO2 is 1.4 and 1.9. XRD shows that CuC1 crystalline phase can disappear and disperse completely on the surface of the zeolite when it is heated in vacuum condition. Therefore the adsorbent has higher CO capacity and selectivity.
