摘要 以没食子酸作为标准参照体系,建立了一种利用金纳米颗粒生长过程评价花茶抗氧化性的方法.根据金纳米颗粒在花茶提取液作用下生长时光谱的变化评价花茶抗氧化能力.利用该方法对竹叶青、玫瑰、薰衣草等8种花茶的抗氧化性进行了分析,结果与传统的DPPH法相比具有较好的一致性. Using the gallic acid as a standard reference system, a new method was established to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of the scented tea based on the growth of gold nanoparticles. According to the spectral changes of gold nanoparticles which were grown with extract of scented tea, the antioxidant capacity of scented teas was detected. By this method, the antioxidant capacity of eight kinds of scented teas, such as trimeresurus, rose,lavender, et al. , was analyzed. Compared with the traditional DPPH method,the results have good consistency.
