Some Thoughts on Population Migration Recordings in Second-round Local Records

人口迁移是人口变迁的主要方式,也是社会变迁的重要推手。因此,历代志书均重视对人口迁移的记述。第二轮志书应继承这一优良传统,保持志书记载的连续性。但是,已出版的志书对人口迁移的记述尚存在一定的不足。为此,第二轮修志既要合理设置篇目,分层次、多角度地对人口迁移展开记述,又要积极拓宽资料收集渠道,重视社会调查资料对人口迁移记述的作用,同时创新修志工作模式,开辟多种修志途径。

Population migration is the main form of demographic transformation and an important force behind social transformation. Therefore,local records in past generations all put special emphasis on recordings of population migration.The second-round local records should inherit this good tradition and keep local records recordings consistent. However,there are some inadequacies in population migration recordings in local records already published. Therefore,during the second-round local records compilation,we should not only set up chapters and sections to record population migration in a multi-layer and multi-angle manner,but also actively expand reference materials collection channels,pay attention to the role of social survey data to population migration recordings,and be innovative with the work models of local records compilation and try to find multiple ways of local records compilation.
