摘要
福建江夏学院基于经济与社会对人才的需求和自身条件,提出复合性创新性应用型人才培养的目标,并深入研究本科人才培养方案的顶层设计,推进应用型本科人才培养模式改革,强化人才培养过程。同时,积极构建实践教学体系,建设应用型科研平台,构筑复合性知识体系,开展人才培养改革实践探索。
