摘要
文章针对包钢目前烧结生产所用铁矿资源,分别进行单一铁料及其混合矿的烧结基础特性实验研究.实验结果表明,实验所选5种铁矿中,精矿A矿、B矿和E矿的同化性、液相流动性和铁酸钙生成特性指标均较差,与其相对应,C矿和D矿的这3项指标较优,因此可以通过合理配矿,即高自产矿烧结条件下,配加15%~25%性能较优的C矿可以有效改善其混合矿的性能.
In the article, it is introduced the experimental research on basic sintering characteristics of single iron charge and mixed ore respectively based on the iron ore resources used in sintering productions in Baotou Steel. The results show that for the 5 kinds of iron ore selected in the experiment, such indexes as assimilability, liquid phase fluidity and for-mation characteristics of calcium ferrite for concentrate A, B and E are poorer while those for concentrate C and D are bet-ter. Therefore,the performances of mixed ore could be improved by adding 15% - 25% concentrate C with the sintering condition of high self-produced ore.
