摘要
文章介绍了包钢齿轮钢20CrMnTiH热轧圆钢的试制工艺。结果表明,采用现有工艺装备,通过合理的工艺参数控制,包钢可以生产出合格的保淬透性齿轮钢20CrMnTiH热轧圆钢。
In the paper, the trial-manufacturing process for 20CrMnTiH hot-rolled round bar steel of gear steels in Baotou Steel is introduced. The results show that the qualified 20CrMnTiH hot - rolled round bar steel of gear steels with hardenability could be produced in Baotou Steel with the current technological equipment and through rational process pa-rameter control.
