BT100H稠油热采专用套管热处理工艺研究

摘要 对BT100H钢种进行了CCT曲线测定及淬透性试验,通过实验室研究确定了BT100H的最佳热处理工艺。结果表明:采用(880±10)℃加热保温35 min水淬,(640±10)℃保温60 min回火空冷,工业热处理后管子的综合性能良好,特别是横向冲击韧性超过76 J,满足性能的设计要求。 In the paper,the determination of CCT curves and hardenability test for BT100H steel are introduced as well as the optimal heat treatment process is determined by lab studies. The results show that the over - all properties are fine with (880 ± 10) ℃ heat insulation and water quenching of 35 min. or (640 ± 10) ℃ heat preservation as well as tempe-ring and air cooling of 60 rain. , especially the transverse impact ductility is over 76 J,which could satisfy the design require-ments of properties.
