文章详细介绍了2台500㎡烧结机主抽风机自动控制系统的设计情况,设计采用6kV异步电动机高压变频调速及PLC自动控制系统,能够满足烧结机的先进性生产要求。
In the paper, the design of the automatic control system for two 500 m^2 main sintering fans of sintering ma- chine is introduced in detail. The 6 kV high - voltage frequency conversion of asynchronous motor and automatic control sys-tem of PLC are adopted in the design, which could satisfy the advanced production requirements of sintering machines.
