摘要
随着包钢现代企业制度的建立,企业的管理体制、运行机制等都发生众多变化,传统企业档案管理模式也必须进行相应的改革,以适应企业集团对档案工作的要求。文章通过联系实际,提供企业加速档案信息化建设势在必行,探究了信息化建设在档案知识管理中的作用。
With the establishment of modem enterprise system in Baotou Steel, the management system and operating mechanism change a lot. As a result, the traditional management mode of enterprise archives should also be reformed rela-tively to adapt to the requirements of archives work for enterprises. In the article, it is elaborated that it is necessary for en- terprises to quicken the information eonstruction of archives as well as explored the function of information construction for archival knowledge management with practices.
