乌桕叶灭虫活性物质提取制备生物灭虫剂技术

The Technique of Extracting Active Substance from the Leaf of Sapium Sebiferum for Obtaining Biocides

乌桕叶制备生物灭虫剂技术研究结果表明,乌桕灭虫活性物质（叶精油）,采用8、9月份的鲜叶,经50℃干燥脱水后微波辐照辅助水溶液水汽蒸馏法提取,-0.80Mpa和40℃～45℃条件下旋转蒸发浓缩,并冷凝收回挥发性有机物,混匀后棕瓶50倍液密封保存效果最佳;该工艺提取获得的提取物灭虫（菜青虫、蜗牛）使用浓度,以300倍液为宜.

The study of technique of extracted biocides from the leaves of Sapium Sebiferum roxb.showed that the extract （essential oil）, which has been made by the fresh leaves of august or september with drying and dehydration under 50 celsius degree, with that extracted by vapor with auxiliary microwave and concentration with rotary evaporator in -0.80Mpa and 40 to 45 celsius degree then condensate to be recovered the volatile organic compound, was best performance to preserve in amber bottle in 50 times liquid. Being diluted 300 times, the extract was a good effect for killing cabbage caterpillar and snail.
