摘要
目标管理作为科学高效的管理方法广泛应用于企业,文章立足于大学体育总体教学实际,着重论述目前较为新颖的目标绩效教学模式,在阐述该教学模式的内涵及相关内容基础上,结合教学实际对该方法的使用进行总结,并期待能对实际教学具有一定的指导意义。
Objective management as a scientific and e^cient management methods widely used in enterprises, based on the teaching practice of university sports in general, focuses on the novel target performance teaching mode, in this and related content of the teaching mode on the basis of combining the teaching practice, summarizes the method to use, and look forward to having some guiding significance for practical teaching.
