Strategy Research on Improving Young Teacher's Ability in Teaching under“Excellent”Environment in Higher Education

高等教育迅速发展,我国高校青年教师教学能力的发展还存在诸多问题,"卓越"环境下高校青年教师的教学能力亟待提高。根据我国青年教师的发展特点,我们深入研究,形成了一套切实可行的提高青年教师教学能力的有效策略:通过组织各种授课活动包括精彩一堂课、教师系列培训、青年教师授课竞赛等活动,以及加强工程实践能力培养、完善教学能力评价体系、组建高水平教师团队等一系列措施,努力探索提高高校青年教师的教学能力。

Because of the rapid development of higher education, upgrading the young college teachers teaching quality is an urgent task. According to the present situation of our country, we have formed a set of effective strategy in training them. A series of activities are implemented： such as training classes, young teacher＇s teaching competition, advocating giving wonderful classes to the students and strengthe- ning their practical ability. The assessment system is also put into force, which includes forming high quality groups of experienced teachers. The result is encouraging.
