机械设计课程中螺纹联接部分的教学方法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 螺纹联接部分是机械设计课程教学内容的重要部分。这部分的教学特点是看似内容简单,而实际教学效果很难提升。为此,笔者根据多年从事机械设计教学的实践与探索,从明确教学目标、制订合理的教学逻辑、螺栓联接强度计算部分的教学方法,螺栓联接的应用能力培养等几个方面探讨了教学方法。本文分析了教学过程的注意事项,系统分析了提高教学效果的方法措施和讲授策略,为目前机械类专业对螺纹联接这部分内容教学质量的提升提供了一种新思路。 Thread connection is a key part of the course of Mechanical Design. This part seems simple but the teaching effect is undesirable. The author, with years of teaching experience, analyzes and discusses the teaching method of thread coupling from the aspects of determining teaching target, formulating opti mize teaching logics to teaching method for the strerigth calculation and practical application ability. In the paper he points out the dos and don'ts in the process of teaching and systematically analyzes the strat- egy in teaching for raising the teaching effects. The method provides a new concept.
