摘要
基于农业科研院所科技管理创新角度,从科技投入、科技活动以及科技产出等3个方面对科技统计指标进行分析和补充,并提出科研统计数字化平台建设。
Sci-tech statistical index system was an important tool for effective statistics on scientific and technological activities. Analyzed and supplemented Sci-tech statistical index system from the perspective of agricultural research institutes, the investment in science and technology, science and technology activities and the output of science and technology three aspects. Put forward the construction of digital platform of scientific research statistics, and injected new vitality into innovation and technology management.
