我国是一个发展中的市场经济国家,市场经济的体系机制目前在我国还不够完备,在企业的运作上还残留着计划经济的影响,政企不分、行业垄断、地区保护和条块分割等现象仍然存在,法律法规依然不够完善。在此背景下,怎样才能协调好政府和市场经济之间的关系,认清我国物流行业现存的问题,如何排除各种行政性的障碍,怎么样才能为物流业的快速发展创造一个自由的氛围是值得深入研究的课题。

As a develping market economy country,market economy system is not perfect. Enterprise＇s works is still not fully get ride of the influence of planned economy. The phenomeno like integration of govemment administration with enterprise,trade monopoly,conservation police and highly fragmented and segmented and segmentary system is still exist. This aspect of the law is not perfect. In this context,how to handle the relationship between government and the market,recognize the weaknesses and problems existe in China＇s logistics industry,eliminate all administrative obstacles to the development of the logistics industry to provide a relaxed environment is a question worthy of serious study.
