摘要
现代钢铁企业随着业务多元化的发展,对于现场发货的效率也提出了新的要求,传统的作业模式遇到了效率提升的瓶颈,需要探索一些新的技术手段,提升作业效率,增强客户满意度。射频识别(RFID)技术,作为准确,实时,快速采集与处理信息的高新技术和信息化标准化的基础,已经被公认为二十一世纪重要技术之一。在制造业,物流业等领域有着广阔的应用空间。文中主要研究了射频识别技术与钢铁企业工贸一体化信息平台中的结合,采用理论与案例相结合的方式,重点介绍了RFID在钢铁企业仓库管理中的的应用。
With the development of modern steel enterprises,the traditional operational modes meet a bottleneck for improving efficiency to satisfy challenge demands. Thus,some innovative techniques have to be developed to improve operation efficiency and customer satisfactions. RFID,acted as a standard of new information technology,has attracted increasing attentions in 21 century. And,it has extensive applications in manufacturing and logistics industries. This paper studies the incorporation of RFID to a production-trade integrated platform in steel industry,and introduces the application of RFID in warehouse management in theory and in case study.
