基于分形知识结构的物流工程人才能力生长模型研究

摘要 物流工程是伴随着社会现代化的发展而逐渐新生的工程领域。物流领域需要具有多学科知识、适应能力强的复合型人才。在现代复杂系统科学的分形理论引领下,文中深入分析了物流工程人才的知识能力结构形态和成长特性,建立了人才种子生长模型,通过仿真试验得出了不同质量的人才种子在机遇发展空间中的生长图形,研究了它们的分形特征和社会适应性。 Logistics engineering is a kind of new engineering field gradually with the development of social modernization. There is a desperate shortage for the complex talents which with a multidisciplinary knowledge and strong ability to adapt. Guided by the fractal theory of the modern science of complex systems,This paper deeply analyzes the intellectual ability structure morphology and growth characteristics of the logistics engineering talent,establishes seed growth model of talents,obtains growth pattern of different quality seeds which are grown in opportunity development space by the simulation test,studies their fractal characteristics and the social adaptability.
