摘要 利用STC12C5A60S2微处理器、电流互感器等器件,设计了一款市电暗电缆路径探测仪,详细介绍了电缆线探测原理和系统软硬件设计方法。实验结果显示,该探测仪能对墙内带电电缆线进行精确路径查找和鉴别,对于2 000 W功率以内的负载,测量误差小于±5 cm。该探测仪集成度高、体积小、可靠性高,可作为电缆施工和维护设备。 USES STC12C5A60S2 microprocessor,current transformer and other devices are adopted to design a mains hid-den cable path detector. The cable detection principle and software & hardware design method of system are introduced in detail. The test results show that the detector can find and identify the electrified cable path hidden in the wall accurately. The cable po-sition measuring error of power load within 2000 W is less than ±5 cm. The detector has the characteristics of high integration, small volume and high reliability,and can be used as the equipment for cable construction and maintenance.
