摘要
SWOT分析法是将组织内外部条件各方面内容进行综合和概括,进而分析组织的优劣势、面临的机会和威胁的一种管理学工具。利用SWOT分析工具,对高职院校的教材管理进行战略综合分析,并给出提高教材管理效益性的战略选择,是这篇论文的写作目的。
SWOT is a management tool to analyze the strengths and weaknesses, the opportunities and threats of the organization through integrating and summarizing all aspects of the internal and the external conditions. This thesis applies SWOT theory to do a strategic comprehensive analysis of the higher vocational colleges teaching materials management, and offers strategic choice to improve the effectiveness of the teaching materials management.
