高教园区群体性事件的预防机制研究——以常州高职教育园区为例

On the Preventative Mechanism of Mass Disturbance in Higher Education Parks——A case study of Changzhou Higher Vocational Education Park

当前,高教园区内高校高度集中,学生跨校间、跨系间交流频繁,使群体性事件发生的概率增高。要预防高教园区群体性事件,教育工作者就必须全面了解高教园区群体性事件的研究意义、特点及高校处理群体性事件的不足之处,建立科学的预防机制和具有针对性的处置机制,避免群体性事件的发生。

Currently, colleges are highly concentrated within the Higher Education Park （University Town）. Students＇ frequent communication between colleges and departments has increased the probability of mass disturbance. To prevent mass disturbance from happening in Higher Education Parks, educators must have a comprehensive understanding of the significance of the research, characteristics of mass disturbance and the deficiencies in current mass disturbance treatment in colleges, so that a scientific prevention mechanism and a targeted disposal mechanism will be established to avoid the occurrence of mass disturbance.
