摘要
文章以丙二酸(MA)和DL-苹果酸双底物振荡体系为研究对象,研究了MA和DL-苹果酸单底物振荡体系及它们共同参与的双底物振荡体系的振荡行为。同时探讨了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB),十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和聚氧乙烯十二烷基(23)醚(Brij35)三种表面活性剂对双底物振荡体系各动力学参数的影响。研究结果表明,复合振荡体系振荡行为与单底物体系振荡行为有很大差异,三种表面活性剂因性质和结构的不同,对复合体系振荡行为的影响也不尽相同。
The single and complex oscillation based on MA and DL-malic acid as substrates is studied in this paper. At the same time, the effects of three different surfactants i.e. CTAB, SDS and Brij35 on the dynamic parameter of the complex system are discussed. The experimental results indicates that the oscillating graph of the complex oscillation is different from that of single substrate oscillation. The responses of the system to the addition of these surfactants are different due to their different qualities and structure.
