摘要
环冷机是冶金氧化球团焙烧系统中主要设备,用于快速冷却球团。本文对其温度场进行了有限元仿真模拟,分析了环冷机内球团和冷却介质在各个冷却段的温度变化情况。通过仿真模拟来指导并优化产品设计,达到指导生产的目的。
Annular cooler is the main equipment of the metallurgical pellet roasting system, used for the rapid cooling pellet. The paper makes the finite element simulation of the temperature field, and analyzes the pellet in annular cooler and the temperature changes of cooling medium in different cooling stages. By analogue simulation the paper guides and optimize the product design, reaching the goal of guiding the production.
