矿工是矿山生产的具体操刀手,对矿山的安全生产影响重大。而矿工的生产安全保证又是以矿山对矿工的安全管理为前提的,没有矿山对矿工的安全管理就没有矿山生产的安全保证。为此,针对矿工安全管理中存在的问题,运用马斯洛需要层次理论分析了矿工的各种需求,在此基础上对矿山工人的安全管理进行优化,促进矿山安全管理工作的稳步推进,变被动管理为主动管理。

The miners are specific practitioners of mine production, who take a major influence on mine safety production. The miner＇s production safety guarantee requires a premise that the mine attaches great importance to the safety management of the miners. Mine production safety can not be guaranteed without above it. So taking the problems of existing in the mine safety management of miners, it uses the Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs theory to analyze the various requirements of mine workers, so the safety management work of miner is optimized, which promotes the steady progress of mine safety management work, changing passive management to active management.
