杞菊润目贴对实验性大鼠干眼症的作用研究

Effect of Qiju Runmu Tie on Experimental Dry Eye Syndrome in Rats

目的：观察杞菊润目贴对实验性大鼠干眼症的改善作用。方法：将盐酸平阳霉素注射液（8 mg＆#183;mL-1）注入大鼠框内（0.06 mL）和框外泪腺（0.12 mL）后第4天，杞菊润目贴大、中、小剂量（分别为0.276、0.138、0.069 g＆#183;mL-1）组大鼠连续敷眼10天，每天1次，每次1 h，假手术组和模型组大鼠按同样操作，敷上含蒸馏水的贴剂。第11天-13天敷眼和滴眼后进行泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间及泪腺组织结构病理改变测定。结果：盐酸平阳霉素可引起大鼠泪腺组织萎缩，增生及腺泡腔内泡状粘液减少等损伤；与假手术组比较，模型组大鼠泪液分泌量显著减少（P〈0.01）；泪膜破裂时间显著缩短（P〈0.01）。与模型组比较，杞菊润目贴各剂量均可显著增加泪液分泌量（P〈0.05），延长泪膜破裂时间（P〈0.01），杞菊润目贴中剂量减轻泪腺组织损伤程度的作用明显。结论：杞菊润目贴外用对实验性大鼠干眼症有改善作用。

This study was aimed to observe the improvement of Qiju Runmu Tie （QRT） on experimental dry eye＆amp;nbsp;syndrome in rats. The fourth day after the bleomycin hydrochloride （8 g＆#183;mL-1） was injected into the intraorbital lacrimal gland （0.06 mL） and extraorbital lacrimal gland （0.12 mL）, QRT of large, medium, and small dosage （0.276 g＆#183;mL-1, 0.138 g＆#183;mL-1, 0.069 g＆#183;mL-1） was applied on rat＆#39;s eyes continuously for 10 days, once a day, 1 hour every time. Rats in the control group and model group were applied with a patch containing distilled water in the same operation. The tear secretions, time of tear film break-up and pathological changes of lacrimal gland were observed from the eleventh day to the thirteenth day after injection. The results showed that compared with the control group, bleomycin hydrochloride can induce atrophy of lacrimal gland, hyperplasia and decrease bubbly mucus in the acinar lumina, significant reduce of tear secretion, and significant shorten the time of tear film break-up. Compared with the model group, QRT can significantly increase the amount of tear secretion （P 〈0.05）, extend the tear film break-up time （P 〈 0.01）. And the medium dosage of QRT can obviously reduce lacrimal gland tissue injury. It was concluded that external application of QRT can improve symptoms of experi-mental dry eye syndrome in rats.
