摘要
从系统观点出发 ,提出了一种在规划阶段定量评估抽水蓄能 (简称PS)电厂调峰填谷静态效益、事故备用和负荷跟踪动态效益的模型和算法 ,解决了在边际效益计算及火电机组最优负荷分配的常规方法中某些与系统实际不符的问题。提出的从新的角度计算电量损失的算法可更准确的评估事故备用效益 ,并尝试了一种新的负荷跟踪功能的模拟算法。该研究成果已应用于某PS电厂的规划。
This paper develops a model and algorithm of quantitative evaluating the static benefits of peak shaving and dynamic benefits of fault reserve and load following of pumped storage (for short PS) power plant. Some problems are solved, that are margin benefit calculation and optimal load distribution of generation units. For true evaluating fault reserve benefit, from a new point of view calculating energy loss is advanced. A load following functional simulate new method is attempted. The research achievement is successful applied for planning of real PS plant.
