小儿肺炎支原体肺炎合并全身炎症反应相关因素分析

Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia Complicated by Systemic Inflammatory Response Related Factors

目的研究和探讨血沉(ESR)、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、中性粒细胞(NE)、降钙素原(PCT)、血常规白细胞(WBC)与肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)病情直接的关系,为评估病情提供科学依据。方法以我院2012年5月至2013年5月入院治疗的84例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,根据患儿病情分为研究组(全身炎症反应综合征)和对照组(非全身炎症反应综合征),对两组患者入院及治疗7d后ESR、CRP、PCT等指标情况进行比较分析。结果入院时研究组的CRP和PCT值明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);入院及治疗7d后,两组患者的CRP和PCT值均有所下降,但研究组的CRP和PCT值仍高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRP和PCT为肺炎支原体肺炎的敏感指标,通过对CRP和PCT的动态监测,可更加准确的判断和预测肺炎支原体肺炎病情严重程度以及是否发生合并全身炎症。

Objective To study and explore the erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）,serum C-reactive protein （CRP）,neutrophils （NE）,procalcitonin （PCT）,blood leukocytes （WBC） and Mycoplasma pneumoni-ae pneumonia （ MPP ） directly related to the disease , provide a scientific basis for assessing the condition . Methods In my hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 84 cases of hospitalization in children with mycoplasma pneumonia as the research object ,according to the children with the disease divided into study group （ systemic inflammatory response syndrome ） and control group （ non-systemic inflammatory response syndrome ） , two groups of patients after admission and treatment of 7d （ESR）,（PCT）,（PCT） to conduct comparative analysis of other indicators .Results Children with CRP and PCT values of group was obviously higher than control group,the difference is statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）;after 7 days treatment,two groups of patients with CRP and PCT values have declined ,but the team of PCT and CRP value is still higher than the control group , the difference is statistically significant （ P＆lt;0.05） .Conclusion PCT and CRP are a sensitive indicator of my-coplasma pneumonia ,through the PCT and CRP in the dynamic monitoring ,can more accurately determine and predict the severity of mycoplasma pneumonia ,and whether a merger of the province inflammation .
