两台血常规分析仪测定结果准确性和一致性研究

The study of the accuracy and consistency of two blood routine analyzers' test results

目的比较全自动血细胞分析仪迈瑞BC-5300与ABX MICROS-60检测结果是否有差异,保证两台血细胞分析仪血常规报告的准确性和一致性。方法用真空采血管采集正常人新鲜静脉血10ml,EDTA—K2抗凝,用迈瑞BC-5300型血细胞分析仪和ABX MICROS-60型血细胞分析仪检测Hb、WBC、RBC、PLT 4项指标。结果两台仪器测量WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT 4个项目的重复性试验(CV)结果为:迈瑞BC-5300(1.96,0.47,0.65,2.94),ABX MICROS-60(2.22,0.52,0.49,3.17)。ABX MICROS-60校准前检测结果与定值的偏差(%)分别为-4.14,-4.77,3.19,1.21,校准后检测结果与定值的偏差分别为-1.38,-2.04,0.77,0.26,通过校准纠正了迈瑞BC-5300型血细胞分析仪和ABX MICROS60型血细胞分析仪的偏差,提高了标本检测结果的准确性和一致性。结论应定期对不同血细胞分析仪进行测定结果的可比性分析,并进行校准,以确保检验结果的准确可靠。

To compare the result difference of Mindray BC-5300 automatic blood cell analyzer and ABX MICROS-60 blood cell analyzer,and guarantee the reports＇ accuracy and consistency of the two routine blood cell analyzers. Methods Collected 10ml normal fresh blood by vacuum blood collection with EDTA-K2,examined the sample about Hb, WBC,RBC and PLT by the two blood routine analyzers. Results The repetitive test results（CV） of two analyzers measuring 4 projects of WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT were MINDRAY BC-5300 with1.96,0.47,0.65,2.94 and ABX MICROS-60 with 2.22,0.52,0.49, 3.17. The deviation of ABX MICROS-60 measuring results and the fixed value were-4.14,-4.77,3.19,1.21（%） before cali- bration and-1.38,-2.04,0.77,0.26 after calibration. Through calibration to correct deviation of the two analyzers, the accuracy and consistency for sample test results were improved. Conclusion Regular comparison and calibration of different analyzers are important for the accuracy and consistency of results.
