摘要 黄原胶是一类有较大经济价值的微生物多糖,本文综述了其生产工艺,简要介绍了影响其质量和产量的因素。 Xanthan gum is a kind of microbial polysaccharide with great economical value. This paper reviews its production technology and briefly introduces the factors that affect the quality and yield.
