2009～2012年聊城市市辖医疗机构消毒效果监测

Surveillance on Disinfection Effect in Medical Institutions under the Jurisdiction of Liaocheng City,2009-2012

目的了解聊城市市辖医院2009-2012年消毒效果监测情况，为进一步加强医疗机构的消毒技术指导提供科学有效的依据。方法按《医院消毒卫生标准》对聊城市2009～2012年市辖32家医疗机构的消毒效果进行检测。结果2009-2012年共检测各类样品1343份，合格样品1214份，合格率为90．39％。2009～2012年样品合格率分别为91．37％、96．96％、82．i0％、87．33％（P〈0．01）。样品合格率，使用中消毒液、口腔器械乙肝表面抗原均为100．00％，空气、物体表面、医护人员手、内镜腔面及冲洗水合格率为66．18％、88．14％、92．13％、89．74％（P〈0．01）；市直医院、县级医院和民营医院分别为90．44％、89．76％、93．75％（P〉0．05）。结论聊城市医院消毒效果监测总体合格率偏低并且不稳定，物体表面、内镜腔面及冲洗水和空气合格率欠佳。

Objective To understand the disinfection quality in the hospital disinfection of Liaocheng city during 2009- 2012,so as to provide the scientific basis for health management of the hospital disinfection. Methods The disinfection effect of 32 medical institutions in Liaocheng city during 2009-2012 was tested according to Hospital disinfection hygiene standards. Results A total of 1 343 samples during 2009-2012,1 214 were qualified samples, with a passing rate of 90.39% （P 〈0.01）. The qualified rate of USES removing poison and oral appliance of hepatitis b surface antigen was 100.00 %. The qualified rate of the air, the surface of monitoring objects, medical personnel hand, endoscopic cavity surface and entrance and exit to a flushing was 66.18% ,88.14%,92.13% ,and 89.74% respectively（ P 〈0.01）. T he average el- igible rate of samples from county- level,village- level and private medical institutions was 90. 44%,89.76% ,and 93.75% （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The overall qualified rate of disinfection effect is low and unstable in hospitals of Liaocheng city,and the qualified rate of the surface of monitoring objects, endoscopic cavity surface and flushing water and air is poor.
