摘要 该文主要介绍冠心病介入治疗失败的原因、分类和特点。冠心病介入治疗失败患者的监护、急救措施、围手术期处理方法和后续治疗策略有其特殊性,提出改善患者心功能和长期预后的药物治疗原则、随诊管理方法及康复治疗计划。
