乳腺外科现存的基本问题：过度治疗

摘要 乳腺癌的治疗,包括手术、放疗、化疗以及内分泌治疗和生物治疗几种方式,其中,手术和放、化疗为最常用的手段. 手术方式经过了几个重要的阶段性变化,Halsted手术方式是乳腺癌手术史的一个里程碑,为最经典的乳腺癌手术切除方式.乳腺癌的手术变化,我们可以粗略地将其分为几个不同的认识阶段,即：解剖学为基础的标准治疗阶段（Halsted）——以病理学为基础的扩大治疗阶段（Magottini;Urban）——以生理学为基础的改良根治术阶段（Patey;Auchincloss）——以生物学特性为基础的合理治疗阶段（Fisher）.
