川芎天麻汤对小鼠的镇痛及抗疲劳作用

Analgesic and anti-fatigue effect of Chuanqiong Tianma decoction in mice

[目的]观察川芎天麻汤对小鼠镇痛和抗疲劳作用的影响。[方法]用醋酸扭体法和热板法观察川芎天麻汤对小鼠的镇痛作用。用游泳实验观察川芎天麻汤对小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响。[结果]川芎天麻汤可显著减少小鼠腹腔注射醋酸引起的扭体反应次数;显著延长小鼠热痛阈值;显著延长小鼠的游泳时间。[结论]川芎天麻汤对小鼠实验性疼痛有镇痛作用,可增强小鼠的抗疲劳能力。

[Objective] To observe the analgesic and anti-fatigue effect of Chuanqiong Tianma decoction （H.GD） in mice. [Methods] The analgesic and anti-fatigue effect were tested by acetic acid twisting method and hot-plate method in mice. [Results] The twisting times was significantly reduced and the response latency in hot-plate test was significantly prolonged by RGD. [Conclusion] RGD has analgesic and anti-fatigue effect in mice.
