摘要
裂隙状气孔是自硬呋喃树脂砂铸件常见的一种气孔缺陷,多是由氮或氮氢气体形成。在通常情况下,Ti含量在0.04%左右时,能够有效防止由N或N、H气体引起的裂隙状气孔。
In general with titanium of 0.04% cranny-like pores in grey cast iron castings caused by gas of nitrogen or nitrogen hydrogen produced by self-cured furan banded sand could be effectively prevented.
