加巴喷丁联合针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察

Curative effect observation on Gabapentin with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to treat postherpetic neuralgia

目的研究加巴喷丁联合针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者63例,随机分为对照1组(加巴喷丁组),对照2组(针灸组)及治疗组(加巴喷丁联合针灸治疗组),比较3组治疗效果。结果治疗2周后3组患者VAS评分分别为:(3.34±0.32)分、(3.51±0.64)分、(1.24±0.15)分,治疗组与2个对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加巴喷丁及针灸对治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛均有显著疗效,且起效快,两种治疗手段结合更加提高了临床疗效。

Objective To study the clinical effects of adopting Gabapentin with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to treat postherpetic neuralgia . Methods 63 patients with postherpetic neuralgia at our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group 1 （ Gabapentin group ） , control group 2 （ acupuncture group ） and treatment group （ Gabapentin with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group ） , and the curative effects of the three groups were compared . Results After 2 weeks of treatment , VAS scores of the three groups re-spectively were：3 . 34 ＆#177; 0 . 32 , 3 . 51 ＆#177; 0 . 64 , 1 . 24 ＆#177; 0 . 15 . The differences between the treatment group and the two control groups were of sta-tistical significance （ P＆lt;0 . 05 ） . Conclusion Both Gabapentin and acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to treat postherpetic neuralgia show significant curative effect with quick response , and the combination of the two methods even more improve the clinical effects .
