早期康复护理干预对腰椎椎间融合术后患者抑郁的疗效评价

目的评价早期康复护理干预对腰椎椎间融合术后患者抑郁的疗效。方法将72例符合纳入标准的腰椎退变性疾病经腰椎椎间融合术患者分为干预组(32例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用腰椎椎间融合术后常规护理,干预组患者同时实施早期康复护理干预,以抑郁自评量表(SDS)等指标,分别对患者不同时间点的心理状况进行评价。结果干预组SDS得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预因素和时间因素无交互作用(P>0.05)。结论早期康复护理干预对改善腰椎退变性疾病腰椎椎间融合术患者术后抑郁水平效果明显。早期康复护理干预是促进患者术后身心康复的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on depression among postoperative patients with lumbar intervertebral fusion . Methods 72 cases with degenerative lumbar diseases and lumbar intervertebral fusion were divided into in-tervention group （ 32 cases ） and the control group （ 40 cases ） . The control group adopted the postoperative lumbar intervertebral fusion routine nursing . The intervention group accepted additional early rehabilitation nursing intervention at the same time , and self-rating depression scale （ SDS ） was adopted to evaluate the psychological status of the patients at different time points . Results The SDS score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P＆lt;0 . 05 ） . Intervention factor and time factor shared no interaction （ P＆gt;0 . 05 ） . Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention has clear curative effect on depression among postoperative patients with degenerative lumbar diseases and lumbar intervertebral fusion . Early rehabilitation nursing intervention is an effective method to promote the patients＆#39; physi-cal and mental recovery .
