生态文明建设背景下的农村环境问题及对策!

Rural Environmental Problems and Countermeasures under Background of Ecological Civilization Construction

农村环境污染治理是生态文明建设的重要部分,然而由于粗放的经济发展方式,农村环境污染日益严重,亟待解决。运用文献研究法分析了当前农村地区土壤、水体和大气污染现状,认为农村环境污染主要包括农业面源污染、生活垃圾污染、乡镇企业污染和生态环境破坏等4个方面,提出了整治农村环境污染、改善农村环境的对策:建立和完善环境保护的法律体系,提高农民环境保护及维权意识,加快农村环保基础设施建设,加强环保技术的创新与研究。

The control of rural environmental pollution is an important component of ecological civi- lization construction. However,due to the extensive mode of economic developmet,environmental pollu- tion in rural areas is becoming more and more serious, which badly needs resolutions. This paper analy- zes the current condition of rural environmental pollution and the situation of soil, water and air pollution based on literature research and points out that rural environmental pollution was assigned to agricultur- al nonpoint source pollution, solid waste pollution, township enterprises pollution and ecological destruc- tion. Therefore,this paper proposes some possible strategies and approaches on how to control pollution and improve environmental conditions in rural areas：to establish and perfect the legal system of environ- mental protection, enhance farmers＇ awareness for environmental protection, accelerate the construction of environmental infrastructures and strengthen the innovation and research on environmental protection technologies.
