科技创新体系建设,是企业持续提升科技创新能力的重要基础。在理论梳理基础上,研究提出了企业科技创新体系的定义和内涵。从创新生态、创新动力、创新决策机制、成果转化、资源共享等五个维度,通过对众多国际一流企业相关实践的比较、梳理,揭示国际一流企业科技创新体系建设的重要路径。总结凝练了国际一流企业科技创新体系的共性特征,为中国企业加强科技创新体系建设提供模式参考和思路借鉴。

The establishment of science ＆ technology innovation systems is the critical foundation for enterprises to constantly improve the science ＆ technology innovation capabilities.This paper presents the definition and connotation of an enterprise＇s science ＆ technology innovation system based on the analysis and review of theories.The important approaches for world-class enterprises to establish science ＆ technology innovation systems are revealed by comparing and analyzing the relevant practice of many world-class enterprises,from five dimensions of innovation ecosystem,innovation impetus,the decision-making mechanism of innovation,achievements conversion,and resource sharing.The common features of science ＆ techno.logy innovation system of world-class enterprises are summarized and abstracted for providing Chinese enterprises with mode reference and idea examples to strengthen the establishment of science ＆ technology innovation system.
