葡萄糖-6-磷酸移位酶基因突变引起的糖原累积病Ib型一例 被引量：3

摘要 患儿女，4个月，因“呻吟伴呼吸闲难3d”入院。患儿入院前3d突然出现呻吟及呼吸困难、急促，进食不佳，精神萎靡，无发热、咳嗽、腹泻，无抽搐。
