IgG4相关疾病的肝胆胰系统表现 被引量：4

摘要 IgG4相关疾病（IgG4-relateddisease，IgG4-RD）是一类新定义的可引起多器官纤维化的全身性炎性疾病，它以弥漫性或局灶性器官肿大为主要临床表现，伴或不伴血清IgG。水平升高，典型组织学特征为淋巴浆细胞浸润、席纹状纤维化、闭塞性静脉炎及IgG4阳性浆细胞增多，应用糖皮质激素（简称激素）治疗有效。现对IgG4-RD重点是其肝胆胰系统的表现进行综述，并介绍相关诊断标准及治疗方案。
