诺卡菌病的CT与MRI表现 被引量：4

摘要 诺卡菌是一种广泛分布在土壤里的需氧放线菌，革兰氏染色阳性，具有弱抗酸性。它是一种机会致病菌，对人类具有感染力的有巴西诺卡菌、星形诺卡菌及豚鼠诺卡菌等，其中星形诺卡菌感染约占所有诺卡菌感染的70％。诺卡菌感染国内外文献报道较少，且大多为个案报道，笔者搜集经细菌培养证实的4例诺卡菌感染患者的完整资料，结合文献分析其CT及MRI表现，旨在提高对本病影像表现的认识。
