四肢运动损伤MRI应用与研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 四肢运动损伤是指运动过程中四肢受到机械性和物理性方面等因素所造成的伤害。运动所致损伤种类多种多样,其中损伤所致骨折容易引起临床重视,经X线平片和CT检查多数能明确诊断。但隐性骨折、软骨损伤和软组织损伤等,仅凭临床表现和传统影像检查却不易诊断,或可能导致漏诊,进而延误治疗或影响预后。在此类损伤中,发现和诊断病变是影像检查的首要任务,随着脂肪抑制三维扰相梯度回波序列(3DSPGR)、稳态进动快速成像序列(3DGRASS)、
