MR纳米粒子对比剂探测直肠癌转移性淋巴结的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 直肠癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其患病率逐年上升。术前准确对直肠癌患者分期对于治疗方案的选择和判断预后非常重要。目前高分辨率MR对于直肠癌原发肿瘤T分期的判断已取得较大进展,亦可以检出直径2~3mm的淋巴结,但淋巴结是否发生转移依旧是困扰放射科医师的难题。以往判断转移性淋巴结多以淋巴结大小为标准,准确度和敏感度分别为43%~85%和66%,
