“济南市轨道交通R线建设启动!”2013年12月29日，济南市轨道交通R线建设启动仪式举行，仪式现场今后将成为轨道交通1号线的前大彦站，这意味着济南轨道梦圆。

The first joint session of the Party and the government on the economic circle of the capital city cluster of Shandong was held in Jinan.At the conference,Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission formulated that the general traffic strategy of the economic circle of the provincial city cluster is the one of priority among the recent major construction arrangements.With the assistance of strengthened presence as a national comprehensive transport hub of Jinan,the establishment of the one-hour life circle will be speeded up by means of layout optimization,network improvement and vigorous expansion of multimodal transportation.Accelerating the construction of high-grade highways will follow the overall expressway network planning of Shandong province,which includes extension and renovation for the Beijing-Shanghai Highway and the Qingdao-Yinchuan Highway,construction of the passageway spanning the Yellow River,rebuilding and expanding projects on national and provincial roads and enhancement of the road quality and transportation capacity of rural regions.The city railway terminal and intercity railroad constructions will make progress in building up the inter-city rail system of the economic circle.With fully equipped airport support facilities,reasonable designed air routes,it will vigorously develop the 'Airport-related Economy' and steadily promote the reform for the low altitude airspace in air-traffic control zone of Jinan.
