摘要
本文用细观力学的方法对四步法 1∶ 1编织复合材料的力学性能进行了详细研究 ,导出了它的宏观平均力学性能与编织结构参数、基体和纤维性能的关系 ,并进行了实验验证 ,可以用它预估编织复合材料的宏观平均力学性能 ,作为编织复合材料结构分析的依据。
The mechanical properities of 3D braided composite (by a 4-step braiding with 1×1 pattern)are investigated in this paper.The relation between average macromechanical properties and braiding parameters,properities of fiber and matrix is derived.The geometric model and prediction of mechanical properties presented in this paper are verified by experiments.The predictions of the tensile moduli and the compressive moduli are in good agreement with the experimental data.There is a large number of face-cells in the tensile specimens,without thinking of face-cells will cause large error.Hence,for the structure having a large number of face-cells(for example,plate and shell),the prediction method with thinking of whole unit cell including face-cells is essential.
