同期剖宫产及嗜铬细胞瘤切除术治疗晚期妊娠合并嗜铬细胞瘤四例

摘要
病例1：患者41岁,孕2产1,宫内孕27周,因发作性头晕、心悸6个月,呼吸困难、恶心、头疼1周,就诊于北京协和医院。血压为240/120 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133kPa）,尿蛋白3g/L。由于症状及血压在活动后明显加重,行超声显示在右侧肾上腺一个7.5cm×5.9cm×6.1cm的肿物,核磁共振成像（MRI）显示右肾上腺区一个不均质的肿物,在T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号。
