高等教育评价模式的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Evaluation Model of National Higher Education

从国际范围来看,一国的高等教育评价模式存在三种不同的评价视角:知识资本视角、人力资本视角和系统效能视角。本文是比较了这三种视角下的国家高等教育评价模式及其典型代表,分析了不同视角的特点与优缺,并指出系统效能视角因其全面性和整体性将成为高等教育评价的发展方向。

From an international perspective, the national higher education evaluation model can be divided in- to three categories, namely intellectual capital perspective, human capital perspective and system performance per- spective. This paper compares the national higher education evaluation model under these three evaluation perspec- tives, analyzes the characteristics of various types, and points out that a more comprehensive system performance perspective, because of its integrality, may become the development direction of higher education evaluation.
