摘要
本文从城市地学资料入手,详细研究了南京市的地质环境主题,采用了相应的经济数学模型,计算城市土地开发利用的期望损失费用,对土地使用能力进行了定量分析与综合评价,并应用本院遥感中心P_2、P_3遥感制图设备编制了南京市土地能力定量分析系列图件,为制定城市土地利用工程控制措施提供科学依据。
Commenced with information on urban geoscience the togic of geological environment of Nanjing City is discussed in detail herein. By using corresponding economic mathematical model the anticipated costs of development, and utilization of urban land are calculated. Quantitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation on capability of land use are also condueted. Series drawings of quantitative analysis of land capability in Nanjing Cigy are compiled with remote sensing cartography equipment P_2 and P_3 of Remote Sensing Control Centre of Comprehensive Institute of Geotechnieal Investigation and Surveying, which provided scientific basis for setting up control measures of urban land use project.
