氧驱动雾化吸入3%高渗盐水与氨溴索治疗毛细支气管炎疗效分析

Effect analysis of oxygen-drive inhalation of 3% hypertonic saline solution with ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of bronchiolitis

目的 探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入3％高渗盐水与盐酸氨溴索治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效.方法 68例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例,在常规抗感染、止咳平喘治疗基础上,对照组给予生理盐水1.5ml＋盐酸氨溴索20mg氧气驱动雾化吸入,2次/d;治疗组给予3％高渗盐水1.5ml＋盐酸氨溴索20mg氧气驱动雾化吸入,2次/d.两组疗程均为5～7天.比较两组患者症状体征变化及住院时间.结果 治疗组在喘憋消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部体征改善时间及住院天数均优于对照组;治疗组总有效率97.0％,对照组总有效率79.4％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 氧气驱动雾化吸入3％高渗盐水与盐酸氨溴索治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效明显,可缩短住院时间.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of oxygen-drive inhalation of 3~ hypertonic saline solution with ambroxol hydrochloride on treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods 68 cases of bronchiolitis patients were randomized into control and therapy group. Both group were treated with anti-infection, reliving cough and wheezing. The control group received oxygen-drive inhalation of 1.5 ml saline （0.9 %） with 20 mg ambroxol hydrochloride ,2 times per day for 5~7 days and the treatment group received oxygen-drive inhalation of 1.5 ml 3~ hypertonic saline with 20 mg Ambroxol hydrochloride,2 times per day for 5~7 days. The symptoms, sign, and the length of hospital stay of both groups were compared. Results The time of asthma relieving, cough wheezing and moist rales disappearing and the length of hospital stay of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group. The total effective rate of the treat- ment group was 97.0%, while that of the control group was 79.4%. The difference between the two groups was signifi- cant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion oxygen-drive inhalation of 1.5 m[ 3% hypertonic saline with 20 mg ambroxol hydrochloride is an effective method in the treatment of bronchiolitis,and can reduce the hospitalization time
